Villa is located in a calm, quiet corner with a beautiful sea view, which is ideal for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The villa is located 10 meters from the beach.
Each room has a panoramic view of the sea and mountains.

The interior has an authors design with a set of several lighting scenarios. Italian ceramic tiles of the highest quality were used in the decoration, climate systems and ventilation, heated floors, and fireplaces were installed.

The villa is equipped with a full range of hansgrohe and villeroy & boch. The villa has its own pool.

In the construction of the building, thermal insulation solutions were used, which create comfort and energy efficiency.
