The Madam Palace company is building an elite tourist complex of the same name on the seashore in the village of Dobra Voda in Bar. A conceptual solution developed by the Intesa Group studio, which was approved by the chief government architect.

A five-star hotel with a mixed business model will be built, which will consist of two buildings - A and B.

Building B is designed as a combination of apartments and hotel rooms. In addition to capacity, it will be equipped with all other facilities necessary for high-category 5-star hotel complexes. The ground floor and ground floor -4 provide garage spaces for both buildings, the ground floor -3 houses a designed spa and wellness center with a swimming pool and all associated amenities and will therefore serve the guests and tenants of both buildings..
