The villa is located on the coast of Kotor Bay, in the region Dobrota, two kilometers from the Old Town of Kotor. Because of the unique location and the beauty, Bay of Kotor is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The villa had been built in 1985, renovated in 2011 in a Mediterranean style.
